TEAC introduces the V-800G-F video Hi-8 Recorder/Reproducer to its professional Hi-8 product line serving production, studio, airline and military applications.

For military users, the V-800G-F can search for and detect and Event Mark signal recorded by TEAC's Airborne Video Recorder (AVTR's).
The optional MC-1000G remote interface card enables the V-800G-F to be remotely controlled by TEAC debriefing system synchronization controllers.
Optional rear mounting rails are also available which fit into standard EIA2U mounting locations.

DEBRIEF STATION: VCR Synchronization Controller The MC-3200 is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) de-briefing station VCR controller to provide full manual control and synchronization of up to thirty-two TEAC V-800G-F/ECB Hi-8mm VCR's. Specifically designed for use with the TEAC Integrated Debriefing Station (or TIDS) as well as for desktop debriefing stations, the MC-3200 performs individual VCR tape control functions for 1-32 V-800G-F/ECB VCR's simultaneously, significantly reducing the time and complexity of searching and cuing multiple de-briefing tapes. The MC-3200 uses industry standard Vertical Interval Time Code (VITC) and TEAC AVTR EMK (Event Mark) detect signals from the V-800G-F/EC VCR for controlling time search and cueing. It can also use the VCR tape counters for search and cueing if the more accurate VITC time codes are not present in the recorded video. The MC-3200 is fully compatible with the full-featured CATS - Software Control program as well as the MC-400VE and MC- 100VE controllers.
