These chargers can be used with the NEXUS battery system or with any standard NP batteries of any manufacture. The three stage ASPEKT charging system is a completely new architecture designed to maximize battery performance each and every charge cycle. All ASPEKT chargers feature simultaneous charging delivering a full complement of batteries up to four times faster than sequencing chargers.

When used with the NEXUS-50 battery, the Aspekt charger has a special communication program which will, on command, execute a special charge designed to handle the partial charge storage requirement for lithium-ion batteries. Charge status is indicated in the NEXUS battery at all times as well as the status indicators on the charger itself, ensuring that the status of the NEXUS battery is always apparent to the operator.

ALL CHEM capability means that the charger has the appropriate charging programs to address any ASPEN batteries nickel cadmium, nickel metal hydride or lithium-ion safely and reliably. Wide range AC mains input ensures that these chargers will perform anywhere in the world.

In keeping with the size of the newer generation of cameras, the NEXUS battery, when mounted to a camera, is approximately one inch shorter than a standard NP mounting system, creating a more integrated package and camera profile.

The V-Mount Camera adapter will accept standard NP batteries in addition to the Nexus 50 Li-ion battery.
