The MT900 Intercontinental is an international multi standard broadcast quality satellite receiver designed to meet the needs of the knowledgeable and discriminating broadcasting engineer.
The Intercontinental features a fully synthesized PLL tuning circuit, with digitally locked continuous tuning AFC and microprocessor control which provides exceptional performance even in low threshold, severe interference, half transponder situations. Extensive tuning and alignment ensures each receiver meets all RS250C, CCIR and Intelsat specifications.
The Continental will work on virtually any analog satellite, video standard or voltage. Multiple video low pass filters and de-emphasis networks provide commercial quality performance for NTSC, PAL and SECAM operation. Compatible with 950 - 1450, 950-1750, and 950-2050 MHz LNB's.The MT900C and MT 900CS now include a 950 - 2150 MHz tuner for U.S., European, and globe applications.
The front panel design incorporates a carrier to noise (C/N), fine tune, and signal meter. With alarm functions and direct frequency or C-Band channel input, optimizing reception is a snap.
The Intercontinental design utilizes a 70 MHz I.F. inversion circuit that enables direct satellite RF processing,at the up/downlink site improving performance for these applications.
MT600C--Comes with monaural audio using the CAD 9000 option.
CAD900--audio option with PLL frequency agile mono channel audio demodulator with three adjustable I F filters (440, 330, and 150 kHz), and multi format audio adjustable de-emphasis networks between50, 75, and J 17.
MT900CS--comes with stereo audio demodulators using the CAD 930 option.
CAD930--audio option with PLL frequency agile dual channel stereo audio demodulator with five adjustable IF filters (55, 110, 220, 440, 880 kHz), and multi format audio de-emphasis networks ( 50, 75, J17 and sliding) or a flat to under-emphasized audio.
CMF900--front panel adjustable multiple SAW filtered module with six 70 MHz I F bandpass filters ( 16, 18, 22, 25, 27, and 36 ).
B1100--wideband RF tuner module for use in ASTRA or other 950-2050 MHz systems.
CFR900--10/220 VAC mainframe for audio subcarrier demodulators - fits 2 modules, either CAD900 or CAD930
